yes it does. i have only tried the soulution in the 4 oz bottle. It instantly makes your hair stronger instantl. I noticed that my hair become more elastic afterwards. Dont't forget to apply a moisturizer or humecant after use...It's really difficult to get your hands on a bottle in the USA.
