White rhinos go through several life stages: they start as calves, typically weighing around 100 pounds at birth, and are dependent on their mothers for milk and protection for about three years. As they mature into juveniles, they begin to graze on grass and gradually gain independence. Adulthood is reached around 6-7 years of age, where they become fully grown and can reproduce. In the wild, white rhinos can live up to 40-50 years, depending on environmental conditions and threats.
