How do you beat meta knigt of Kirby's epic yarn?

Meta Knight may be Kirby's size, but he is strong. Meta Knight will shoot rays at you with his sWord. When he does, grab them and throw them back at him. This will knock him out. When he is just lying there, take the first chance you get to snag his sWord. Continue this throughout the battle.
