A:

Sophia (Greek: 'Wisdom') was formerly a goddess of Gnostic Christianity. The Catholic-Orthodox Church also adopted Sophia and her daughters, Faith, Hope and Charity as saints, but they are almost certainly mythical.

Miracles are not generally attributed to Saint Sophia, but the three daughters had miraculous, although futile, escapes from death. According to what Catholic Online calls a spurious legend, Charity is said to have emerged unscathed from a furnace into which Emperor Hadrian had her thrown, but she was then beheaded.
