How do you open fuel cap on BMW?

To open the fuel cap on a BMW, first ensure the vehicle is turned off and in park. Locate the fuel door release lever, which is usually found on the driver's side near the floor or on the left side of the dashboard. Pull the lever to release the fuel door, then simply push the fuel door to open it. Turn the fuel cap counterclockwise to remove it for refueling.
