How do you make a pond on GodFinger?

Terraform your planet to shape your pond , in other Words create a hole by changing the shape of your planet.

Then fill it with a rain cloud. you can not fill it with normal rain, you have to keep pressing on the cloud until it says "flood", it will consume 2mana and launch a flood of rain
