Is the iPod 5th gen able to download viber?

The iPod 5th generation runs on iOS 7.1.2, which is not compatible with the latest versions of Viber. As of my last knowledge update, Viber requires a more recent version of iOS to function properly. Therefore, you would not be able to download and use Viber on an iPod 5th gen.
