Do humans breath through both nostrils?

Yes humans breathe through both nostrils BUT you don't to breathe through both. Its better to breathe through your nose then it is through the mouth because the hair gets rid of more particles in the arm and it warms and mosterizes the air so the air gets to the lungs better!!
