What insect looks like a wasp but has no wings?

ok well im guessing ur sayin that its a dragon fly though i guess the 'round' end is the head probably but ur probally talking bout the japenize paper dragon fly in Japan they call it 'hyingsi' for dragon fly and 4 Japanese paper they just say paper dragon fly they say paper like ths 'pangia' also by the way panda is this 'pangi' im learnin it by my spanish teacher at PArkmaitland school Maitland Florida usa her name is Ms. butler shes learinin Chinese from my bff Mia shoquist and im teaching her gudurathi and Hindu(idian laungueages) she nos spanish Japanese and American but shes learinin more we get paid by our teacher!!!
