How do you change mistaken fee payment at dmv online?

I sent a check to DMV instead of DWP , my error, as I am new to online banking and mistakenly hit the wrong Payee...so since the amount is large ,I need a refund so I can make this payment to the correct place...it is a$ 587.63 and it will make my DWP bill go unpaid till you refund this back to me..I would appreciate your help on this issue as soon as possible, Nancy Reed
