How can you uninstall roller coaster tycoon 3?

on RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: down the side there is a picture of a bin. click on it and then 2 pictures will come off it: a picture of 1 bin and a picture of 3 bins. the 1 bin will delete one thing at a time and the 3 bins will delete more.
