Is Boost mobile a reliable company?

I had boost mobile for about five months now. Their $50 monthly plan unlimited everything is by far the most popular plan. However with so many new subscribers there are problems with their network. I usually get drop calls each day. There are moments when I am dialing to call someone and the call does not go through. All I hear is a dead silence.. I would have to redial again until I get through. This happens about 65 percent of the time. Boost mobile really needs to update their network to handle their subscribers.
