Can you safely take Lortab and Sudafed together?

Lortab is a combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen. Motrin is ibuprofen. While they are sometimes prescribed together, it is better to 'stagger' the pills by alternating Lortab and Motrin. The prescribing physician and or the pharmacist should offer counseling on how to properly stagger the medication to best fit your pain needs.
