Yes

First the fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is in the front passenger footwell , in the corner , just above the carpet

The fuse and relay for the fuel pump is in the Power Distribution Box ( which is

" live " ) located in the engine compartment by the drivers side

The fuse for the Fuel System / Anti-theft System is a ( 20 amp maxi-fuse ) located in the row nearest the drivers side fender and it's the ( 6th maxi-fuse ) from the firewall end of the box

The fuel pump relay is one of the large relays in the ( 2nd row ) from the drivers side and it's the ( 2nd large relay ) in the box from the front of the vehicle

Man I sure wish the power distribution box diagram was numbered in the 1996 Ford Explorer Owner Guide
