Well, it wouldn't really be a creator. the way of the Sith and Jedi go way back into the BBY's (Before Battle of Yalvin.) Yoda was born in some thing like 800 BBY. I could be wrong, i should check. A Jedi taught him.
Anyway, Know one really knows (except, maybe George Lucas.) I don't think you could find it anywhere.
I would guess it would have been someone strong with the force, who gave into his hate, and taught others to use the dark side.
in Star Wars time, the force has always been around, ALWAYS. The light side and the dark. The first Sith would have been the "Creator" of the Sith.
Then again, maybe the Jedi and the Sith would have been brought into existence at the same time. those who fallowed the light side would become the first Jedi. those who fallowed the dark side would be considered Sith.
from that perspective who ever discovered the force, and found uses for it would be the guy to "create" the Jedi AND the Sith.
