Who is the voice of the lucky charms leperacaun guy?

The voice of the Lucky Charms leprechaun, known as Lucky, has been provided by several actors over the years. Most notably, voice actor and comedian Joe McCarthy voiced Lucky from the 1960s until the early 1990s.
