* Yes * According to the State law it is Illegal to "HAVE SEX" for a 15 year old with someone over 18. If you are 16 you would have reached the age of consent in your State, which means you can have sex with an 19 y/o man ( only if the age gap is not too big this applies). NOW, if you are talking of dating as in only holding hands and going to the movies, there's nothing wrong with that, enjoy, your youth, there's only one chance to live it :)
