How do you make a cat stay outside?

If you want to be really safe and make sure that the cat is not in any danger whatsoever you will have to watch it and make sure it doesn't go onto the road or near a railroad, or dark woods where you can't see it, especially in the country.

However normally cats can be let outside and will normally be able to get away from danger themselves.
