Basically, there are two main types of health

which are necessary for us. These are body health and mind health.

Body health provides fitness and improves efficiency of our

physical working and the mind health provides relaxation to think

good and it also prevent from mental stress like problems. These

both healths work together and make our body fit and healthy.
