Where is the ECU on a 1991 Honda Civic DX and how do you replace it?

It's on the front passenger floor board....Disconnect Negative battery terminal. Remove the carpet from the top. Remove the ECU cover. Remove the ECU retaing screws. Disconnect the connector and pull out the ECU..........Installation in reverse.....
