- No sarcasm - No slang - Short memos - Don't assume everyone checks voice mail or email on a regular basis. Use one or more methods of communication (such as a voice mail AND an email to confirm a meeting time). - If you intend to go to one of them with a problem, make sure you also have at least one solution to the problem or else you'll just seem like a complainer.
