Where is the turn signal switch on a El Camino?

In a Chevrolet El Camino, the turn signal switch is typically located on the steering column. It is operated by a lever that can be found on the left side of the steering wheel. To activate the turn signals, you push the lever up for right turns and down for left turns. Depending on the model year, there may also be a separate switch for the hazard lights nearby.
