How do you adjust speed on a craftsman 6.75 mrs lawn mower?

I was wondering that myself today also. what i ended up doing was bending the carburetor return spring mounting point away from the carb just a smidge. It's set by the factory to keep the engine speed from overrunning and destructing their weak engines.
