How often should you drive a car and how long each drive to keep it's engine and computer parts in best condition?

If it's kept in a garage, a 30 minute drive once a month should be fine. If it's kept out doors in the elements, once every two weeks should be fine. This should keep moving parts lubricated and the battery up to snuff.
