How do you replace door hinge pin and bushing on Crown Victoria?

The pin will probably have to have the bottom end that is flared out cut off or drilled out. The pin can then be tapped out. This is easier if the hinge has been removed but then the door will have to be blocked up into place while the hinge is off.
