Is there a font smaller than pt 8 on Word 2003 If so how is it obtainable for download?

You do not need to download another font. When you look at the drop-down box for font size, the smallest number frequently is 8. But, you can select a smaller size by manually typing the size number in the box and pressing enter.

EXAMPLE:

If you want to use font size 6, then select the font size and type 6 in the font size box. After you type the number, just press ENTER. Your text will display as size 6.
