First you travel to East Chilly Fields the go across the ice, and to the igloo. The polar bear might have it, I've played two times and one was next to the igloo and the other the polar bear had it, and you might have to dig it up. If the polar bear dose have it then you just wait for it to sleep, or wait in the grass were it just walks past you, click the - button and hold down for a while. When the polar bear is dazed, take the cinnabar, or sniff and dig it up!
