Depends on the size of the company, the job description, and your experience, and definitely the economy. Right now the city I left really sucks and jobs that should pay $17 are paying $12.

For an entry level phone position with not much experience you will probably be making close to minimum wave. With a few years of experience and fairly solid knowledge, you might get several dollars more.

Where I work we have Tier 3 support and those guys have a HUGE amount of experience. Most have 10+ years professional and they are experts. They start at $27 an hour.

So the bottom line answer is... it depends.
