Should all the drugs be banned?

If society banned all prescription medications, illness and suffering would be everyday life for many.

Rather than banning ALL medications, societies work to create laws concerning medications and to outlaw / ban drugs that serve no useful purpose in restoring or creating health, e.g. "recreational drugs".
