Absolute lymphocyte is the calculation of the (total white count x the percent of lymphoctes) so basically an estimate of the total number lymphocytes circulating in the blood. Penia is decrease so absolute lymphopenia could be due to either a low white count , low percentage of lymphocytes, or a combination of the two.
