It depends...Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving; New York does. To make the matter somewhat more complex, part of Arizona (Navajo Indian Reservation that lies in three different states does observe Daylight Saving even though the rest of the state doesn't).
Daylight Saving Time begins for most of the United States at 2 a.m. on the second Sunday of March. Time revert to standard time at 2 a.m. on the first Sunday in November.
So the answer to your question depends on the day of the year and where you are in Arizona..!!
