Why caspin tiger extinct?

The Caspian tiger, once found in regions around the Caspian Sea, became extinct primarily due to habitat loss, hunting, and depletion of its prey. Overhunting and habitat destruction from agricultural expansion and development significantly reduced its population. By the mid-20th century, the combination of these factors led to its disappearance, with the last confirmed sighting occurring in the 1970s. Conservation efforts came too late to save this subspecies from extinction.
