How do you play the triangle game at crackelbarrel?

I think you start by removing 1 pin/tee from the triangle. Then you "jump" one pin with another pin (it has to have an open space to jump to) and remove the pin that was jumped over. You keep doing this as many times as you can. The goal is to have the least number of pins left at the end.
