What is a hot Carl?

A hot Carl is when someone puts seran wrap on top of another person's face and poo's on it. This creates a warm tingly sensation called a hot Carl.

In March 2010, the interest grew so much in 'Hot Karl' that an iphone app was released called 'Hot Carl'.
