How big is a lhasa apso?

I have owned my Bichon Lhassa for 9 years now. Her average Weight is about 10 to 13 Pounds. She is only about 18 inches measuring from her neck to her tail bone. They are great dogs. Easy to train. This dog breed is very friendly. My dog is very cuddly to me. This dog breed is a great family dog becase there very friendly, not big to wear kids are scard but not to small to were the kids will squish them. We get Cleo's hair cut about every 6 months. There great lap dogs and outdoor dogs for walks.
