How do you do a business plan for a school uniform and school supply store?

STEP1:identify the schools that u want to begin with.(dont try to cover all schools at one time),advisable to take baby steps.

STEP2:Do your sales pitch to these schools and see if you could partner them in uniform supplies.Eg:School can give u a small space from where you can retail your merchandize.

STEP3:Streamline your backend, so if the Step 2 comes thru, you know you can deliver on time.

STEP4:Raw material sourcing, needs to be strong.

STEP5: Lean manufacturing and supply chain...cheap warehousing.

STEP6:B2C advertising and awareness building.
