Which banks offer the best consolidation debt loan?

This is something that can vary widely, even from day to day. Most major banks are not going to give deals as good as local smaller banks. Even better, places like Eastman Credit Union are going to have better rates than anybody. Credit Unions don't have all the built in fees and red tape that traditional banks do.
