You can bring it up with a famous organization with animals and they can have fund raisers towards the animals too protect them. Also, you can have a foundation help with protecting them. If your looking toward this with a small group of people you have to buy equipment to take care of them. Another way is to get permission to take some of the animal and bring it to a zoo or marine science museum where they will breed them and release when there is many.
