Can you have leopard gecko's and mice together?

no, the mice will end up nibbling away on the leopard gecko and most likely injure it severely. Also, they just won't go together well. some people feed their leopard geckos pinkie mice, but that's when the gecko is grown and large, plus you should only do that 1 time every couple months.
