At a minimum what color all around light should a non powered canoe?

A non-powered canoe should display a white all-around light to comply with navigation rules during periods of reduced visibility. This light should be visible from all directions to ensure that the canoe can be seen by other vessels. Additionally, if the canoe is being used for night travel, it should also have a red and green sidelights positioned at the bow.
