Where is the GEM on a 2004 Ford Mustang?

The GEM moduler on this particular vehicle is under the dash on the driver side, above the kick panel, and is facing down vertically with 3 plugs in it facing down as well. Only module in the kick, well that's visibible without taking off panels.
