What animal can read beside the pigs Animal Farm?

The only animals that can read and write are the pigs and Benjamin, the donkey. They do this so they can easily persuade the animals, boasting about their knowledge and showing them statistics they can't understand. As a result, the animals take their Word for it. Benjamin understands what is happening, but doesn't do anything about it.
