Can a 11 year old can play uncharted?

Absolutely. Sure, it is rated T for Teen, but 11 isn't far away from 13 at all. Some gunplay and blood, but nowhere near extreme. All of the games are very fun with lots of intense action, comedy and exploration. Plus, the stories the games tell are exceptional.
