to slim down you should eat healthy foods (of course) but you should also work out. I do not mean lift weights because that is just plain old body building and may not make you petite The sports that help you loose weight over all and do not build much muscle (to slim down you must build some what muscle but not a lot to still be petite). Swimming and Running. These are the two sports I can think of that help you loose weight becoming small as well as looking toned (with muscle). But of course for this to work you must eat well and exercise regularly -if you can not do it everyday then do it every other day or always three times a week.
