To use a certain seed in minecraft: Pocket Edition, you must type it in when creating a new world. You should see a bar for a seed in the menu for creating a new world. If you wish to type a number or Word seed in, simply click the seed bar, the keyboard will pop up, and you can type the seed you wish to use in.
