What can you pierce yourself?

You can pierce just about anything on your body by yourself. However it isn't recommended that you do pierce anything without proper tools or training. But if you insist, most luck with self-piercing is found with piercing of the ears. If you are verylucky and have some experience, nose or lip may turn out okay. Never EVER attempt belly button, tongue, or any other unmentionables. It will almost always get infected and disgusting. So overall, pay to have it done, you won't regret it.
