What are the purpose of earrings in your cheeks?

Well it's just another form of body piercing, quite a bit more involved and riskier than the average body piercings. The purpose, well none actually, they do look cool on the right people. But again it's not for every one and does carry some pretty serious health risks not to mention life long scarring.
