Joseph B. Foraker (born July 5, 1846 in Highland county, Ohio; died May 10, 1917 in Cincinnati, Ohio) succeeded George Hoadly as the thirty-seventh Governor of Ohio, serving between January 11, 1886 and January 13, 1890, including the whole of 1889.
