How do men get foreskin?

All males are born with foreskin. The foreskin may be removed by a surgery called circumcision, in which a doctor cuts the foreskin off of the penis. Circumcision is uncommon in most of the world, although it is practiced by certain religious groups including Jews and Muslims.
