Mouth tissue heals quickly. Ice can give some comfort, or cold drinks. If it is bad, you may have to see a doctor for antibiotics if infected. But mostly, burns in the mouth usually heal quickly by themselves. It's best to seek medical advice if burn is bad.
If you simply burned your tongue from, say, coffee, then eat some sugar! It really works! It wont make the burn go away, but it will make it stop hurting for a while.
